JemmTac™ Single Sided and Double Sided Web Cleaners offer the same features and capabilities of our Component Style Design mounted on a common end frame. When used as a Double Sided System, two Jemmco™ EZ Sleeve Rollers are mounted on a common end frame forming an “s” wrap web path. Like the other designs, the JemmTac™ System Style Web Cleaner incorporates our proprietary JemmTac™ Web Cleaning Sleeve and our JemmTac™ Reverse-Wound, Pre-Sheeted (68 sheets per roll) Adhesive Paper. The rolls of adhesive paper nips onto the back side of the rollers so that it the adhesive paper can remove the dirt and contaminants from the JemmTac™ Web Cleaning Sleeve. Each JemmTac™ Pre-Sheeted Adhesive Roll contains 68 sheets of adhesive paper. The pre-sheeted adhesive paper is designed to enable quick change overs without any significant downtime. Unlike the Component Design, this JemmTac™ System Design also includes up to two Jemmco EZ Sleeve Rollers, which simplifies the sleeve installation.
